Full Color CCD Camera
Coreprogram vision system converts the captured pictures into
signals through CCD camera, and then transmits the signals to a
dedicated image processing system.
The 5400 pixels grade CCD color camera with sharpness up to 0.02mm2
can identify subtle color differences and defects successfully.

Customize specific algorithm according to different sorting
materials : excellent color sorting performance and sensitivity
percentage could be set.
Lower Damage Ratio By Belt-type Structure Design
Horizontal transporting by uniform and stable conveyor makes less
collision for the materials. So that the damage ratio is much lower
than that of traditional chute-type color sorter.
Remote Interconnection System
Remotely diagnoses sorting machine and assist with equipment
operation are available after obtaining customers’ authorization.
Precise Target Technology
Accurately identify materials’ defects and impurities, and blow the
target defects through the combination of the latest CCD camera and

Sample sent for testing is welcomed. Or you send us three
photos,the raw material,
the good material (which is you want to accept) ,bad material
(which is you want to reject).
We send the sorting video to you or make video call with you.
4. What is the warranty period?
We provide a one-year whole-machine warantty. And we supply the
spare parts at our
purchasing price.
5. Will you accept L/C as payment?
Both L/C and T/T are OK .
6. Do you have any other spare parts for us?
Yes,we will supply you some basic spare parts .
7. Which machine will work together with our sorting machine that
you can supply ?
Air compressor, Air tank, Air filters, Air dryer, light sources,
cleaning brushes, etc.
8. What's the capacity ?
The capacity in the table is a little different due to different
impurities ratio . So we
